Green Street Green Community Choir is a joyous SATB choir. We are known for challenging ourselves and taking on ambitious works and collaborations with other choirs. In addition to this, the choir performs three concerts a year on their own, raising money for two local charities. Icare and Maypole Trust, both in Green Street Green.

No audition is needed, our aim is that all who want to sing, are welcome to sing, whether you can read music or not. Our members' musical and singing ability covers a wide range. We pride ourselves on being friendly and welcoming which is key for members to enjoy making music together.

Currently our membership stands at 35. We operate a 'pay as you go' system, meaning that you don't pay if you cannot attend, this really does benefit members as we all have busy lives, having said this, most attend regularly.

Repertoire is key for all. Chosen carefully with the aim to challenge, excite and inspire all singers within the choir.
